The difference between upcyling and recycling and how you can help!

What is this new word “upcycle” that has been popping up everywhere?! Well, it’s actually not so new but it’s finally starting to catch on! Upcyling is when waste materials are converted into new products of better quality for the environment. Just a refresher, recycling is using waste materials for new products to prevent excess waste.

 Here at GPOD we are proud to upcycle. If there is a way to take your waste and turn it into something more productive and useful we will find it! We believe in making the world a better, healthier place, so 80% of our waste is recycled OR upcycled.
